Due to the nature of our products, once an order is shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. However, returns and refunds are permitted under the following circumstances:

  • If the product you purchased has a quality issue.
  • If the product is damaged during transit.
    This policy is designed to ensure product safety and integrity.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Defect Claims Policy


  • Defective products are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).
  • Replacements will match the original item’s brand and model.

Return Requirements


To process a defect claim:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable claim period.
  2. Write the RMA number on the return shipping label or box.
  3. Ship the return within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.
  4. RMAs are valid for 7 days and cannot be extended or reissued.

Inspection & Eligibility


  • All returns will be inspected.
  • Serial/batch numbers must match the original shipment.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and free of damage from misuse, modification, or improper handling.

Shipping Responsibility


  • Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • We cover shipping fees for replacement items.

Claim Timeframes & Warranty


Claims must be submitted within the following product-specific deadlines:

Cylindrical Lithium-ion Cells (18650, 21700, etc.):

  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Replacement Only
    • Verify cell voltage with a multimeter before first charge.
    • Submit claims within 7 days of delivery.
    • Cells must be unused, in original packaging, and free of charging/discharge signs.

LIFEPO4 Prismatic Cells:

  • Grade A: 1-year warranty
  • Grade B: 30-day warranty

Power Banks: 7 days
Battery Chargers: 14 days

Replacement Limit: One replacement per item per order.

Damage Claims


  • Contact us immediately upon receiving damaged goods.
  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Replacements will be shipped after carrier approval.
